The house is located
in the middle of a traingle of three major freeways: 91, 605 and the 5 !!!
(as well as many others) So its fast & easy to get where you need to
go.

We have a fenced backyard, as
well as a city park & playground JUST around the corner (walking
distance) from the house.

Inside this lovely private home
you will find an elegant living room, outfitted with; TV, VCR, and DVD
player,
*(plus some favorite family movies included for your viewing).
Magazine rack with a variety of local attraction magazines.
A few
puzzles and family oriented games. Clear-glass furnishings such as petite
whitewood coffee tables, and glass based lamps. And a small collection of
reading material.
*Our Mountain Cabin styled family room with
Golden hued Knotty pine wood walls features; clear-glass French doors! And
a clear-glass sliding door (located on the back and side wall) acts as
passageway to the peaceful backyard and garden, we also currently
have:
*A white wooden rocking chair.
*And a PIANO! For the music
lovers indulgence, (The Family room could also be used as additional
sleeping quarters if needed).
*Two bedrooms; Each room has
beautiful yet practical furnishings, an elegant hutch(:>), victorian
rug, queen bed, and lovely interior.
*Full Authentic Kitchen: With
full-size refrigerator and freezer, washer and dryer, stove, microwave,
double sink, Shimmering Stainless Steal counters! Kitchen table, closet
space, and many other amenities.
*Bathroom; Accessible from
hallway, and is located between the two bedrooms; has a shower/tub. Hand
painted flowers, Seagulls, sea horse drawer handles and other small
additives spread through out the small but imaginative
room.
*Private small simple but spacious backyard... AND just
around the corner walking distance; is the San Martin Family Park,
equipped with playgrounds, baseball diamons, picnic benches and much
shade.
*Sparkling Golden Wood floors encompass most of the rooms in
the house, adding light & beauty to an already delightful
interior.

FEE:*****************************
And as most of our guests have been
very neat and clean, as long as the house is relatively in the same
condition upon check-out as it was upon check-in and you clean up after
your party there will be no cleaning fee charge. Other wise we will take a
nominal cleaning fee of $65 out of the security deposit, the rest still
being returned to you as long as property and assets are undamaged (if you
have questions about this, feel free to ask for clarification).
